Just a quick email in between massage appointments and long lunches to let you know how much we are enjoying staying here. The apartment has everything we need and the many extras such as wi-fi and toys make it better than the average holiday. My 3 year old son, Luca, thought it was Christmas when he awoke the first morning to all the toys! We will, of course look after them like our own.

The staff so far are faultless and have extended every courtesy. The Kiwi couple that had to vacate this apartment to make way for us are totally jealous and 'hate us' in the nicest way for getting the best apartment.

I have been meaning to write to you since we got back from Phuket, however
life and especially work has been manic.

We would like to thank-you for all your organisation, answering our
questions (especially around taking a toddler to Phuket) and to say that we
had a wonderful time on holiday. Bang Tao and Surin were simply awesome and
the apartment was great, we loved staying there and we loved the whole of
Club Lersuang. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the other
guests friendly also, the kids loved the pool and especially sipping juice
at the swim up bar (very novel for them to do this).

We spent 5 days at Karon beach, and although the beach was nice and the
resort stunning (the guests not so friendly), we wished we were back at
Bang Tao as it was quiet and we loved the little Thai restaurants instead
of the mainly European resturants in Karon.

We would love to go back next year and we are trying to persuade Belinda's
parents to come and meet us from S.A

Bang Tao is a great beach (a little crowded during peak season!) so it was fantastic to have a short walk back to your apt after a day at the beach to escape the crowds. All in all I was thrilled with the way things worked out.

Hi Sascha,

Just thought I would pop you a few lines and let you know how much we enjoyed staying at Club Lersuang. It was wonderful to stay at a well appointed apartment rather than in a resort with only rooms. Not that we spent much time there, but Bang Tao Beach was a much nicer place to be than had we gone south of Patong. We quickly sorted out the shops, cabs, tuks tuks and hired a bike a couple of days. The staff were very pleasant and helpful and "Dow" assisted us as well on an couple of occasions. She is lovely. Being on the ground floor was most convenient.

We all stayed very well and enjoyed eating most things so that was great. I should learn to make Pad Thai, without a doubt! Our eldest daughter did it tough at home in our absence - poor thing.

The gym was fantastic. I am a bit of gym junkie so was delighted to find that. Great equipment and all working and well kept!

Hope you have enjoyed the holiday season and are taking some R & R. I would thoroughly recommend your place to anyone traveling to that area.

* One of the best points was that the advertising (pictures, written description, and your verbal description) was all accurate, and didn’t paint a false rosy picture. I think this is rare in holiday advertising.

* The maid (Khun Daow) was excellent and always greeted us with a smile.

* The resort itself was excellent – we couldn’t fault it. Being 4 metres from the pool was wonderful.

* On the whole, we would highly recommend the accommodation if asked, especially the ground floor apartment.

We had a fantastic time in Phuket! Your apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. You thought of everything to make sure our stay there was simply wonderful! The mistake I made was in assuming that 1st floor meant ground floor as in Singapore, the ground floor means 1st floor!! Anyways, everything worked out beautifully.The apartment is beautifully decorated and had very comfortable beds. The recommendations you made for dinner (Noks & Joe's) and car rental were great! Somlak and Dow took good care of us and Tangmo too! I almost hate to recommend your place to others as then I would have to 'wrestle' to get my apartment booked the next time. We are already planning our next Phuket trip as we have yet to do a lot of other things we have not had time to do!

Clean, spacious, affordable rooms with all the facilities a family needs. We did a little cooking but when we couldn’t be bothered, the restaurant served a great selection of meals at an affordable cost. Dear Sascha, Ian & Khun Taew,

We would like to give you a big thank you for our stay at your apartments in Bang Tao. As promised the apartments were of exceptional standards. There was nothing more we could have asked for.
Being a family with two young children having that second bedroom and TV/DVD was a parents dream come true whilst you are on holiday. Our children actually let us sleep in and made themselves comfortable in the lounge watching the Cartoon Network.

The restaurant at the resort was to such a high standard that we only ever ate out if we were out shopping at the main shopping centre in Phuket Town for lunch (Twice) and we went to Nok & Joes for dinner twice to have Lobster. Not only was the food excellent but our bill for the week came to less than AUD$400.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids for a weeks worth of food and drink.

Our last big thank you is for Khun Taew who went way beyond the call of duty. On our last day both my daughter and husband had ear infections. I was trying to cope with administering the medications, ear drops and packing as we were spending the next week in Patong. As I unpacked in Patong I realised that I had forgotten to clear out my kids wardrobe and had left 3 dresses and 1 shirt hanging. I called Khun Taew straight away and within two hours she was at our hotel in Patong with their clothes. Where else would you get that sort of service??

I found the apartments to be excellent value. They had a very relaxing feeling of convenience and were much more comfortable than a hotel. I will definitely feel comfortable bringing my kids to stay there, moreso than at many hotels on the Island, as the combination of safety and convenience and pricing makes for a very relaxing family setting.

They are close enough to the beach and restaurant scene, while still in a quiet and laid back setting that will allow our family to take Phuket at our own pace.

Beautiful furnishings, and the health club was superb. We ate at the restaurant several times and really enjoyed it; great value for money and excellent Thai service.

Never in my life had I dreamed that some day I would be spending a week in paradise. Now if anyone would like to “get away from it all”, hang out in a fully-equipped, luxurious two bedroom apartment overlooking both a pool and a bay with daily maid service to boot, let me tell ya, this is the place. Every day seemed to hold new surprises for us such as exquisite and reasonably priced room service meals. That`s right, breakfast served in bed unless we opted for our delightfully sun-drenched veranda. Laundry? No such worry. Feeling a bit sore after that five minute walk back from snorkeling along the bay? No problem. One phone call and the masseur is on her way for the price of a Coney Island hot dog! Dear Sascha,

A bit belatedly, I would like to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Phuket Vacation Apartments. We had a wonderful time, the apartment was absolutely perfect, in fact my daughter, who has travelled extensively, says it is the best apartment she has ever stayed in.

There is nothing we can add to say things could have been improved, it was perfect. Also Mrs Taew your housekeeper is an absolute gem, always there to look after us and to provide any extra service we may have requested, she was fantastic.

Even the pick-up and drop off at the airport were perfectly arranged and the help we received was truly commendable, with all persons involved being helpful, friendly and courteous.

So if we visit Phuket again, we will definitely be in touch and we sincerely thank you all for everything.

We are now on the last leg of our holiday and leave Dubai on Saturday. Can I thank you once again for the excellent time we had at Club Lersuang. It was a wrench to leave and we have all vowed to return as soon as is faesible. The staff are fantastic and look after you so well. Some of the waitresses even presented us with a rose each on our departure. We look forward to coming back and I will definitely be looking into a longer stay in Phuket in the future. Well situated and ideal for beaches and a short cab ride to Patong. I could continue with positives but I will leave that to the other visitors who will no doubt share the same feelings.
